With out South America trip rapidly approaching, my remaining days at work can almost be counted on one hand, which means the hand over activities are in that 'frantic' period, where every bit of information, diagram, link, contact all need to be put somewhere.

So, to speed this up, given we were in Girona for The Trans Pyrenees Race, it was suggested that I could drop in for a face to face workshop with a colleague, and friend, in Barcelona, at ~100km ride away. I saw this as a perfect opportunity to get a few miles in the legs and on the bike.

Despite the cargo - my work laptop, full camping setup, stove, and climbing gear - I opted for a mountain bike route - the GR92, to contrast the intercity commute.
